NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Requesting approval and acceptance of the final negotiated "Engagement Letter" including a "Best and Final Offer" for RFQ No.: 2011-070-03-16-Arbitrage Calculation Services for Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1- with the number one ranked respondent (previously approved by HCDD1 Board of Directors on May 10, 2011) "Arbitrage Compliance Specialists".

A. Request approval of Change Order No. 46 on the Contract with SER Construction Partners, LTD. for the Construction of Levee DHS 0-6BC. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.
B. Request approval of Work Authorization No. 46 for Professional Services to L & G Engineering Laboratory, LLC. related to DHS 0-6BC Change Order No. 44 and No. 45. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.
