NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Acceptance of committee appointments as per Board of Directors; as it relates to future CIP program for HCDD1.

A. Request approval of payment of Invoices to L&G Engineering Laboratory, LLC. for professional engineering services in relation to DHS Segment 0-7A Invoice 7634
B. Request approval to process manual checks to L&G Engineering Laboratory, LLC. for the above mentioned projects pending the approval of the County Auditor and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and pending the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Payment Management (DPM).
