NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda

Approval and concurrence on proposed TxDot Project. (CSJ-2966-01-011)

Requesting approval to purchase (2) two Panasonic Toughbooks and accessories through the Districts membership with DIR-Department of Information Resources Contract: DIR-SDD-1365.

Acceptance of committee appointments as per Board of Directors; as it relates to future CIP program for HCDD1.
