NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

B. Acceptance of Committee appointments as requested by Board of Directors, as it relates to future CIP program for HCDD1.

A. Request approval of Payment Request No. 20A to SER Construction Partners, LTD. for Construction on DHS Segment 0-6BC (1.38 miles).
B. Request approval to process manual checks to SER Construction Partners, LTD. for the above mentioned projects pending the approval of County Auditor and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and pending the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Payment Management (DPM).
