NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A. Request approval of payment of Invoices to L&G Engineering Laboratory, LLC. for professional engineering services in relation to the following segments:
1. DHS Segment 0-6BC Invoice 7642
2. DHS Segment 0-7A Invoice 7641
B. Request approval to process manual checks to L&G Engineering Laboratory, LLC. for the above mentioned projects pending the approval of the County Auditor and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and pending the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Payment Management (DPM).

Approval to enter into License Agreement Between Hidalgo County Drainage District #1 and Ms. Sylvia Flores, Licensor of real property for the purpose of stockpile of brush. (Abrum Rd. ditch outfalls into Perezville Drain)

A. Discussion and presentation of Resolution by Willacy County in support of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Hidalgo County Drainage District #1 and the U S Army Corps of Engineers in relation to Raymondville Drain.
B. Discussion and approval of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with U S Army of Corp of Engineers with the development of the Raymondville Drain project.
