The proposed amendment will provide flood drainage improvements to 4 ¼ Mile North Moorefield Road, from La Suena Subdivision, north approximately 3200 feet to the Hidalgo County Main Drain Ditch for workplan Year 22 (2009).

2. Requesting approval of a 2nd Program Amendment under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3. The proposed amendment will provide flood drainage improvements 4 ¼ Mile North Moorefield Road, from La Suena Subdivision, north approximately 3200 feet to the Hidalgo County Main Drain Ditch for workplan Year 22 (2009) and authorizing County Judge to sign any and all documents relating to this amendment.

Consideration and Approval to submit Amendment Request No. 5 (Performance Statement and Budget Amendments) to the General Land Office (GLO) Contract No. 10-5066-000-5043 (formerly known as TDRA Disaster Recovery Program, Contract No. DRS010068). The proposed Performance Statement Amendment will include: (1) changes made to projects (Trenton Drain, Minnesota Drain and Catarina Subdivision) to reflect modifications/change orders necessary to meet project specifications, and (2) deletion of Phases II & III from the Trenton Drain Project. The Budget Amendment will allow the transfer of funds from line items to allow additional funding needed for engineering and construction costs.
