The proposed Performance Statement Amendment will include: (1) changes made to projects (Trenton Drain, Minnesota Drain and Catarina Subdivision) to reflect modifications/change orders necessary to meet project specifications, and (2) deletion of Phases II & III from the Trenton Drain Project. The Budget Amendment will allow the transfer of funds from line items to allow additional funding needed for engineering and construction costs.
