NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Commissioners' Court will be held at Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. TB Division (1293):
1.  Requesting authorization to accept the TB Prevention & Control - Federal grant contract #2012-040152-001 in the amount of $433,127.00 for the period of 01/01/2012 to 12/31/2012. 

2.  Approval of the Certification of Revenue as certified by the County Auditor.

3.  Requesting approval of the attached TB grant budget appropriation.

Health Division: 
Requesting authorization to submit the revalidation request to continue billing Medicare for health care services. 
 
9.
Urban County - Diana Serna:
 
A.
Urban County Program on behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct No.3 is requesting authority to accept a proposal received through Hidalgo County's membership and participation with Buy Board (Texas Association of School Boards) approved vendor Facility Solutions Group (contract # 368-10) in the total amount of $167,238.75 (quote attached hereto) to include purchase of poles, solar light systems, installation, warranties, customer assistance, and delivery. Precinct No.3 UCP Year 22 (2009) Street Improvement funds will be utilized along with Precinct No.3 funding.

Ratification of Lease Contract for Election Services between Hidalgo County and City of Alamo for their election held on November 8, 2011.
