Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Penitas is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract with Rike Ogden Figueroa Architects, Inc. in the amount of $13,000.00 utilizing Year 23 (2010) funds for architectural services for Public Facility Improvements for the Penitas Memorial located in Penitas, Texas.
