NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda
4.
Approval for Hidalgo County DD #1 to exercise the final year of two (2) -one (1) year renewal options as provided under the specifications/requirements of the Hidalgo County RFP-Section 125 Voluntary Products, through agent, Alamo Insurance Group as follows:
A. All State Products/ Individual Policies for: Critical Illness; Group Accidental, Universal Life, Group Cancer, Heart & Stroke and Term Life;
B. Met Life for: Dental and Vision; and,
C. UNUM for Disability

Approval of resolution for recapturing of local funding used for the construction and rehabilitation of flood control projects through legislation and/or an administrative fix at the administrative level.
