2. Consideration and Approval of an amendment to the Pct. # 1 CDBG workplan for recaptured and/or forfeited funds 
To amend the following line item:
2005 Water / Sewer Improvement (Edcouch) to include the installation of a 350 LF Water line
To increase the following line item:

B.
1. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code 262.024(a) (4) for professional testing services with L & G Engineering Laboratory in connection with City of Weslaco for professional services for Year 19 (2006) Water/Sewer Improvements Projects within Weslaco.

2. The City of Weslaco is requesting approval to award a professional testing service contract to L & G Engineering Laboratories in the amount of $6,861.25 utilizing Year 17 (2004) funds for waterline imporvements to First Street alley, Alley between First & Los Torritos, and three sections between Second and Molby.
 
C.
The City of Alamo is requesting approval of a Budget & Program Amendment for Fiscal Year 18 (2005) of Urban County Program Funds.  The Budget & Program Amendment for Year 18 (2005) will create a Parks, Recreational Facility line item for the continued development of the Alamo Sports Complex Phase II included  in the program year 17 (2004) work plan. 
 
D.
Request approval for one (1) applicant in the City of Granjeno and one (1) applicant in the Countywide Area under the HOME Homeowner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program.
