NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Requesting approval to reject all RFQ's received for RFQ No. 11-012-11-11 "Title Company Services" and approval to advertise for the following:
A. RFQ No. 12-002-02-15 "TITLE COMPANY SERVICES"
B. RFQ No. 12-003-02-15 "TITLE REPORT SERVICES"

Presentation and quarterly update by Hollis Rutledge and Associates on the recapturing of funds through federal and state agencies and other sources.

1. RFB No. 12-006-02-24 "WEST MAIN DRAIN III WIDENING, EXCAVATION & HAULING OF SAID IMPROVEMENTS AT LOS EBANOS ROAD"
2. RFB No. 12-007-02-29 "GASOLINE, ON & OFF HIGHWAY DIESEL FUEL"
B. Requesting approval to purchase the following through the District's membership with TX DIR Contract No. DIR-SDD-1365.
1. TWO (2) HAVIS Docking Stations
1. RFB No. 12-006-02-24 "WEST MAIN DRAIN III WIDENING, EXCAVATION & HAULING OF SAID IMPROVEMENTS AT LOS EBANOS ROAD"
