NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Commissioners' Court will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Commissioners' Court has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Commissioner, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.

1.  The proposed 8" PVC C-900 Class 150 water line cross under Old La Blanca Road at approximately 1,300 LF south from Mile 10 1/2 N Road.  The proposed line will be bored and encased in a 16" steel casing.  Donna Elementary.
2.  Approximately 500' going west from Doolittle Rd on the north side of Pinkston Rd - Bore- Miguel A. Garcia;  
3/4" meter installation
3.  Approximately 500' going west from the intersection of Victoria Rd and Stites Rd on the south side - Bore- 
David Yanez - 3/4" meter installation.
4.  Approximately 400' East of Mile 6 on the south side of Mile 14 1/2 (Villa Del Rio L7) X Rd - Esperanza Garza- 
3/4" meter installation.
5.  NEC of Alamo Rd and Ramseyer Rd - Bore- Garco, LTD - 3/4' meter installation.

6. David Omar Salinas, P.E., President, Salinas Engineering  Associates:
    An 8" PVC water line from North 23rd St. (Depot Road) west along a line 35.0 feet North from the center of Rogers Road to a distance of 808.0 feet to and through the frontage of Moreno Subdivision, Phases I,II, and III.
 
B.
Shell Exploration & Prod.: 
   Install a 3" gas line to be used to transport produced hydrocarbons from Walker 14 to the fast McCook CPF.  Walker 14 is located 1 mile fast of intersection FM 490/FM 681- McCook TX.  At Texan Road turn South for .85 miles then west to location
   Install a 3" gas line to be used  to transport produced hydrocarbons from M.A. Hopkins 19 to the Javalina CPF.  M.A. Hopkins19 is located .4 miles south from intersection FM 490/681 on FM 2058.  West on caliche rd for .8 miles to location.
    Install a 3" gas line to be used to transport produced hydrocarbons from D.M. Hopkins 19 to the Javalina CPF.  D. M. Hopkins is located 1 mile west from intersection FM 681/ FM 490.  turn south on lease road .5 miles then east to location.

Purchasing Department:
 
A.
Requesting authority to purchase security equipment and enter into an agreement with Superior Alarms for the Elections Department in the total amount of $675.00.
