NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Commissioners' Court will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

The Commissioners' Court has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Commissioner, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. Install a 3" gas line to be used to transport produced hydrocarbons from Walker 14 to the fast McCook CPF. Walker 14 is located 1 mile fast of intersection FM 490/FM 681- McCook TX. At Texan Road turn South for .85 miles then west to location
Install a 3" gas line to be used to transport produced hydrocarbons from M.A. Hopkins 19 to the Javalina CPF. M.A. Hopkins19 is located .4 miles south from intersection FM 490/681 on FM 2058. West on caliche rd for .8 miles to location.
Install a 3" gas line to be used to transport produced hydrocarbons from D.M. Hopkins 19 to the Javalina CPF. D. M. Hopkins is located 1 mile west from intersection FM 681/ FM 490. turn south on lease road .5 miles then east to location.
Install a 3" gas line to be used to transport produced hydrocarbons from Walker 14 to the fast McCook CPF. Walker 14 is located 1 mile fast of intersection FM 490/FM 681- McCook TX. At Texan Road turn South for .85 miles then west to location
