NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
1.
Roll Call

Open Forum
3.
Approval of Consent Agenda
4.
A. Requesting authorization for Title Commitments, Appraisals, Review Appraisals, Surveys with Metes & Bounds and acquisition as it relates to "RD-Faysville Lateral" (281 Drainage).
B. Requesting approval to exercise the District's option to renew the following for an additional sixty (60) days under same rates terms and conditions so as to have no lapse in service during the bidding process:
1. Agreement No. 10-006A-05-11 Contact Construction Products
2. Agreement No. 10-006B-05-11 Alamo Concrete Products
3. Agreement No. 10-006C-05-11 Rio Valley Pipe
4. Agreement No. 10-006D-05-11 ACT Pipe & Supply
