NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda

A.) Requesting approval to issue purchase order to Skyline Steel for the purchase of sheet pile. As it relates to the Declaration of Emergency previously approved by the Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 Board of Directors on April 10, 2012, Agenda Item-31762 items A & E. Reconstruction of the Weir Structure on the Main Flood Water Channel.
B.) Requesting approval to advertise for the following:
1.) RFB No. 12-011-07-11 Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1-"J-09 Drain Improvements-Phase I Irrigation Siphons".
C.) Presentation of scoring grid of the firms evaluated through the District's "Pool" of Professional Engineers for the purpose of ranking by the Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 Board of Directors. As it relates to the Updating of the Hidalgo County Drainage Master Plan and Development Drainage Improvements for the Hidalgo County Drainage District No1. within Pct. 3.
B.) Requesting approval to advertise for the following:
