    3. Application for Financial Assistance in the amount of $1,772,000.00 plus 20% contingency (total of $2,126,400.00) for three (3) drainage outfall right-of-way acquisition projects: FM 907 - Phase I (CSJ: 1586-01-045), FM 907 - Phase II (CSJ: 1586-01-046) and FM 1924 - Phase II (1802-01-031)
    4. Application for Financial Assistance in the amount of $222,986.91 plus 20% contingency (total of $267,584.29) for five (5) bridge replacement projects: CR 342 (CSJ: 0921-02-146), CR 825 (CSJ: 0921-02-147), CR 855 (CSJ: 0921-02-148), CR 804 (CSJ: 0921-02-149) and CR 569 (CSJ: 0921-02-157)
    5. Application for Financial Assistance in the amount of $3,000,000.00 plus 20% contingency (total of $3,600,000.00) for utility relocation on three (3) road projects: Abram Underpass at US 83 (CSJ:0039-17-148, etc.), Business 83 – Phase I, II and II (CSJ:0039-02-043, etc.) and FM 1924 – Phase II: from SH 107West to FM 492 (CSJ:1802-01-031, etc.)

Approval of interdepartmental transfers from various General Fund Worker's Compensation accounts to the County Wide Contingency account in the amount of $294,730.13.  To implement revised workers comp. rates for 2007 as per actuarial report.

Historical Museums:
1.  Discussion, consideration, and action on annual funding agreement between County of Hidalgo and the Museum of South Texas History for 2007.
2.  Discussion, consideration and action on funding agreement between County of Hidalgo and the Donna Hooks Historical Museum for 2007.
