Urban County - Diana Serna:
 
A.
Urban County Program is requesting approval of a budget and program amendment for the City of Penitas, Urban County Program Years 15, 22 & 23 (2002, 2009 & 2010). The amendment will decrease the Water/Sewer and Street Improvements activities and add funding to the Parks, Recreational Facilities activity for improvements to the Veterans Memorial site located at the City of Penitas Memorial Park.
 
B.
Urban County Program for Precinct No. 3 is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with 2GS, LLC, being the lowest bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements, for the Texas Department of Agriculture Colonia Economic Distress Area Program (CEDAP Contract No. 711195) Rehabilitation: Single-Unit Sewer Service Project: Village of Los Ebanos, Cuevitas, Rancho Subd. and Valle Vista Subdivision, in the amount of $278,750.00. The project involves first-time sewer service connection to 223 low-to-moderate income households in the Los Ebanos, Cuevitas, Rancho Subdivision, and Valle Vista Subdivision colonia areas. Construction shall include the installation of 223 service yard lines, tap fees and decommission of existing septic tanks.
 
C.
Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Edcouch and Precinct No. 1 is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Metro Electric, Inc. for the 2009 water treatment plant improvements "electrical upgrade" located in the City of Edcouch. Contract amount of $175,110.00 utilizing UCP City of Edcouch Yr's 21, 22 & 23 (2009) water/sewer improvements, Precinct No. 1 Yr's 19, 20 & 22 (2006, 2007 & 2009) water/sewer improvements and City of Edcouch general funds.
 
D.
Urban County Program for Precinct No. 3 is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into construction contract with GP7 Construction, LLC for the HUD CDBG-R flood offsite drainage improvements to La Sueña Subdivision located in Precinct 3 in the amount of $261,612.50 utilizing Year 22 (2009) flood drainage improvement funds. The project involves extension of a 36" drain line along Moorefield Road from La Sueña S/D north to the County's drain ditch.
 
E.
Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Edcouch is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with United Contracting, for the flood drainage improvements project located in the City of Edcouch in the amount of $214,061.00 utilizing City of Edcouch YR's 23 & 24 (2010 & 2011) flood drainage improvements funds.
