NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A. Presentation of scoring grid for the purpose of ranking by the Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 Board of Directors in connection with Title Commitments for "Edinburg WWTP Effluent Line Easements".
B. Pursuant to the Boards approval requesting authority for Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 to issue Purchase Order to the number one ranked firm of ______________________________ for Title Commitments as it relates to "Edinburg WWTP Effluent Line Easements".

B. Requesting approval to accept bid and award Construction Contract to the lowest bidder meeting all requirements and specifications for RFB No. 12-012-07-18 "Installation of Rock Rip Rap on Weir No.2 in Conjunction with NRCS Grant".
