Urban County Program, on behalf of the City of Penitas, is requesting acceptance and approval to award the best valued proposal received from Facilities – USA, LLC., a job order contractor (an approved contract partner through TCPN annual contract #R5085), for the rehabilitation of the Penitas Library. The total cost is $108,846.55 utilizing UCP FY's 22 & 23 (2009 & 2010) Public Facilities line item.

Requesting authorization to amend the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) contract with Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley (CCRGV) and the Hidalgo County Urban County Program. The amendment would increase the current contract amount of $ 875,014.46 by $595.45. The amended contract amount for CCRGV will be $ 875,609.91. The amendment will increase both the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing categories and would help Catholic Charities pay for expenditures that exceeded their current contract.
