NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda
4.
Approval of TxDot US 281 Drain Ditch Outfall Construction and Maintenance Agreement; CSJ:0255-07-129. (from FM 2812 to FM 162, Faysville area)

A. Discussion of Potential Bond Election and Final Finance.
B. Approval to adopt an Order calling a Bond Election for November 6, 2012, establishing voting dates, voting hours, polling location, giving notice of the election and providing for other matters incident to and necessary for conducting the election.
C. Request approval to adopt a Resolution in conjunction with calling of a Bond Election by the Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1; identifying the exclusive projects that may be undertaken with the use of bond proceeds; imposing conditions on the issuance and use of bond proceeds and making other provisions regarding matters incident thereto.
