NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda

Authorization for Drainage District #1 Board Chairman to execute closing documents for Parcels: 9, 11, 12, 17 and 19 on the South McColl Road Project, Precinct #2.

Requesting approval of Second Amendment to Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between City of San Juan, Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 and County of Hidalgo, for Minnesota Drainage Project.

A.) Requesting approval to proceed with the following as it relates to the West Main Drain Extension East Ware Rd. & Mile 9:

B.) Requesting approval to purchase the following through the District's Membership with BuyBoard Contract No. 373-11 (Tiger Corporation)
1.) One (1) 2012 John Deere 7130 Tractor w/ 28 foot Boom Mower.
