NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A. Presentation of the scoring & evaluation grid for the purposes of ranking of the responses received in connection with the request for proposals: "Section 125 Voluntary Insurance Products and COBRA Administration Services for Hidalgo County and Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1";

B. Requesting authority to negotiate Surveying Service Contract with the number one ranked firm of ________________________________, for the provision of Surveying Services as it relates to "West Main Drain Extension East of Ware Rd & Mile 9".
