NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda

A. Requesting approval to accept bid and award Service Contract to sole bidder meeting all specified requirements for RFB No. 13-002-01-09B "Hauling of Dirt with Option to Load".
B. Requesting approval to accept bid and award Service Contract to lowest qualified bidder meeting all specified requirements for RFB No. 13-001-01-09A "Hauling Services-Gravel/Sand and/or Crushed Caliche".
C. Requesting approval of attached Specifications and approval to advertise for the following:
1. RFQ No. 13-003-02-22A "PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES-POOL"
2. RFQ No. 13-005-02-22B "REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL SERVICES-POOL"
3. RFQ No. 13-006-02-22C "PROFESSIONAL SURVEY SERVICES-POOL"
