NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Commissioners' Court will be held at Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
ADDENDUM
1.
a. Acceptance and approval of "Amendment#1" to the AIA B-141-1997 Standard Form of Agreement with Dannenbaum Engineering Company, for the "Hidalgo County-Annex Modular Buildings-Courtroom Finishes and Courthouse Site Improvements," to reflect an addition of modifications to Courtroom Portable Buildings for the amount of $5,300.00.
b. Approval for architect, Dannenbaum Engineering Company, to engage with Halff Associates, for engineering services, for the "Hidalgo County-Annex Modular Building-Courtroom Finishes and Courthosue Site Improvements.
