NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A.) Approval to accept check from TML in the amount of $16,350.00 for damaged 2005 for 20 Ton Tag Trailer.
B.) Approval to remove 2005 20 Ton Tag Trailer from inventory list Asset #1520.

A.) Requesting approval to create Accountant position and set salary up to $42,000.00.
B.) Requesting approval to delete Assistant Foreman position & create Field Maintenance & Operation Director position and set salary
C.) Requesting approval to disburse check in the amount of $5,056.84 to employee # 079995 for retroactive payment of salaries.
D.) Requesting approval to advertise an RFQ/P for Independent Audit Services, including, but not limited to bonds the District is issued with an initial term of engagement to include fiscal years 2007 & 2008 with the Drainage District No.1 option to renew for an additional two (2) fiscal years engagement.
