NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that members of the Commissioners' Court will be meeting on Thursday, March 07, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at Palmer Pavilion, 301 E. Hackberry, Mcallen, Texas.  Discussion relating to the following business will be transacted:
