NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A.) Requesting approval of Change Order No.2 increase of $3,800.00 for Asago, LLC dba Asago Construction as it relates to Edinburg WWTP Effluent Line Roadway Crossings, Project Engineer: Tedsi Infrastructure Group.
B.) Requesting approval to surplus excess bollards left over from the levee projects and approval to transfer to Hidalgo County Pct. 4.

C.) Requesting approval to rescind action taken by the HCDD1 Board of Directors on May 28, 2013 as it relates to Pct. 4 San Carlos Regional Project-Dos Logistics, Inc.
