NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a WORKSHOP of the Commissioners' Court will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion relating to the following business will be transacted:

Presentation for discussion and consideration on request by Hidalgo County Clerk to proceed with the "Environmental And Structural Analysis Study" for the renovation use of the San Carlos Warehouse Facility as a permanent "Records Management Division", (assessments/study previously approved by Commissioners Court on November 14, 2006).
