Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Mercedes is requesting authority to purchase drop book return and a drop cart with float tray for their Public Library. Purchase will be made from Brodart Co. (contract # 407-12) an approved vendor through Hidalgo County's membership and participation with State of Texas Buy Board. The total amount of purchase is $6,560.64 (quote attached) for the Mercedes Library funded through FY 26 (2013) Mercedes – Public Service (general) line item and the city's general funds.
