NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

B.) Requesting approval to advertise for RFB No.: HCDD1-14-004-02-05 "PCT.4 - Edinburg Drain Stub-Out to South Main Drain Control Structure Drainage Improvements"

Requesting approval to accept bid and award Construction Contract to lowest bidder meeting all required specifications for RFB No.: HCDD1-13-030-12-02 "Edinburg WWTP Effluent Line & Crossings"-Texas Cordia Construction in the amount of $421,565.00.

Approval to release a portion of the Mission Inlet easement to Carlos Leal, Jr. and Cynthia Leal Rodriguez.
