The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of San Juan is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with Halff Associates, Inc. in the amount of $ 29,000.00 utilizing CDBG FY (2013) Street Improvements funds ( Sioux Road Canal).
 
B.
On behalf of the City of Palmview, Urban County Program is requesting approval to reject the sole base bid and alternate bid submitted by Texas Cordia Construction of Edinburg, Texas for the City of Palmview Street Improvements project (Abram Road Bridge) UCP FY 25 (2012).
 
C.
 1. Requesting acceptance and action to correct the base bid total from $55,047.29 to $55,042.76, due to the contractor's mathematical error.

2. Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Mercedes is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Saenz Utility Contractors, LTD for the 8" off-site sanitary sewer improvements safe room shelter located within the City of Mercedes. Total contract amount of $55,042.76 utilizing UCP - City of Mercedes FY 25 (2012) water/sewer improvement funds.
 
D.
On behalf of the City of Edcouch, Urban County Program is requesting approval to reject the sole bid submitted by Prime Controls of Lewisville, TX for the UCP FY's 24 & 25 (2011 & 2012) City of Edcouch Water/Sewer Improvements project (Water Treatment Plant).
