Approval to issue check payable to City of Mission (Fiduciary Agent as per ICA) in the amount of $390,000.00 for Hidalgo County's contribution towards the Taylor Road improvement project as per Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between City of McAllen, City of Mission and Hidalgo County with the County Treasurer to issue check after review and processing procedures are completed by the County Auditor.

B.  Acceptance and approval of a "Sole Source Declaration" with Taser International/Taser Brand Product of Texas  for the purchase of products and/or services commencing with Hidalgo County Fire Marshal's Office through  requisition #251213 for the amount of $7,299.69 for the purchase of Taser Equipment and or Components as requested with the sole declaration to remain in effect unless revoked by Hidalgo County Commissioners Court.

Acceptance and approval as submitted by Captain Richard Ozuna from Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office for Motorola of  "Change Order No. 2 Request" to delete all remaining mobile radio programming and installation services with the exception of 25 mobile radios and add four APX7500 dual Band Encrypted Consolettes including the programming and installation which has no fiscal impact on this agenda item and/or the terms and/or amount of the Lease-Purchase Agreement ( approved-CC-10-23-12 for AI#34857) thru the H-GAC Contract #RA05-12 (County assigned Contract #C-12-270-10-23).

Acceptance and approval of the previously approved 40 hours technical support renewal (cc approved on 02/26/13-AI#36844) to reflect the additional 12 hours as expanded by the IT Dept. as necessary and required but not included in the original statement of work (SOW) through our membership/participation with (DIR) Department of Information Resources awarded vendor Insight Public Sector, Inc. DIR-SDD-1369, thus allowing original purchase order #689159 to be increased including the authority for County Judge and/or Elected Official to execute the "Change Request Form".
