NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

2013 BOND SERIES
A.) Requesting approval to accept bid and approval to award Construction Contract to lowest bidder meeting all specified requirements for RFB No. HCDD1-14-011-04-16 "Pct. 4 North Seminary Drainage". Rojas Construction & Paving $351,523.80.
B.) Requesting approval to accept bid and approval to award Construction Contract to lowest bidder meeting all specified requirements for RFB No. HCDD1-13-021-09-25A "FM 495 Drain-Trenton Road Field Crossing". GP7 Construction, Inc. $176,156.50.
C.) Requesting approval to accept bid and approval to award Construction Contract to lowest bidder meeting all specified requirements for RFB No. HCDD1-13-022-09-25B " FM 495 Drain-Wisconsin Road Field Crossing". Rojas Construction & Paving $201,326.50.
D.) Requesting approval to advertise for RFB No. HCDD1-14-008-03-19 "Pct. 2 - Alamo Expressway Drain".
E.) Requesting approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to Professional Agreement for Pct. 4 Rural Development Project Hoehn Road / Bandera Area Drainage Improvements.

A) Request Approval of Application for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $4,950.00 from Texas Cordia Construcion, LLC. As it relates to Contract No. 13-030-01-07 Edinburg Waste Water Treatment Plant Effluent Line & Crossings.
B) Request Approval of Invoice no. 5 in the amount of $39,235.00 from FJW Construction, LLC. As it relates to Contract No. 13-016-05-10 Mile 17 1/2 Road Improvements.

Request Approval of Payment No. 1 in the amount of$158,238.90 for FJW Construction, LLC related to Contract No. HCDD1-13-023-11-19C-J-09 Drain Improvements Phase 1 Construction from Agreement for Professional Services for the Master Drainage System Phase II for the Design and Expansion of the Later Drain Systems approved by BOD 3-23-2004.
