The City of Granjeno is requesting approval to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Hidalgo County Precinct 3 for a loan in the amount of $367,000.00 from Year 17 (2004) & 18 (2005) CDBG funds for Water/Sewer Improvements (re-routing of existing water lines) in the Precinct 3 area.
H.
Hidalgo County Urban County Program on behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct #3 is requesting authorization to approve an agreement with La Joya Water Supply Corporation in the amount of $1,478,662.29. Funds will be utlilized for the re-routing of waterlines located at FM 1924 at FM 492 East to FM 492 East to FM 492, SH 495 underpass from 0.359 miles North of US 83 to 0.347 Mile South of US 83 and Business 83 from US 83 West near Peñitas to US 83 East at Inspiration Road. Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 will be utilizing year 17 (2004),18 (2005), and 19 (2006) funds.

4) 6/21/06 - CC rejected sole reponse received (incomplete submittal) and authorized re-advertisement;
5) 7/18/06 - CC rejected sole response received (incomplete submittal) and authorized re-advertisement;
6) 7/25/06 - CC approved "Cancellation" of re-advertisement until further determination on buildings' condition and use could be determined including possible demolition;
