NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Drainage District #1 Board has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Board Member, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.

Approval of check register and payment of claims and bills - County Treasurer
 
2.
Request approval to process the following Line Item Transfers:
A. Admin
B. M&O
C. CIP 133
 
3.
Request approval of Change Order no. 3 from RDH Site & Concrete, LLC in the amount of $(3,024.00) related to Construction Contract No. HCDD1-14-010-04-09-Pct.2 Rural Drainage Development Seminole Valley Subdivision.  The reduction is due to adjustments in quantity for close out reconciliation.  Project Engineer: R. Gutierrez Engineering.

Request approval for Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $6,789.47 for GO Underground, LLC related to Construction Contract No. HCDD1-14-031-12-02 Pct.1 Spanish Palms Subdivision Improvements.  
 
5.
Request approval to issue payment on the following items after review & audit procedures have been met:

A. Inv#Jan 15-10 in the amount of $27531.88 from LeFevre Engineering & Management Consulting, LLC related to Work Authorization no. 2-Professional Engineering Services for Kenyon/Mile 17 1/2 Area Drainage Improvements.  PO No. 626106 & 628105.

Request approval to issue payments on the following items after review and audit procedures have been met:

B. Inv No. 20152355 in the amount of $11,458.35 related to Work Authorization no. 13-Lower Rio Grande Valley Water Management Program-Preliminary Engineering Report.  PO#623666.

C. Inv No. 20152381 in the amount of $46,856.51 related to Work Authorization no. 8-Lower Rio Grande Valley Water Management Program-General Management Consultant Services.  PO#623578.

D. Inv No. 20152382 in the amount of $1,799.42 related to Work Authorization No. 12-Lower Rio Grande Valley Water Management Program-Legal Services.  PO#623665.

E. Inv. No. 20152353 in the amount of $72,312.44 related to Work Authorization No. 8-Lower Rio Grande Valley Water Management Program-General Management Consultant Services.  PO#623578.

F. Inv. No. 20152357 in the amount of $3,734.18 related to Work Authorization No. 17-Spanish Palms Outfall Improvements.  PO# 627013.
