NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A. Roll Call and Establish Quorum
B. Approval of Board Minutes January 08, 2016
C. Discussion and possible action regarding violation of attendance policy as stated in Article VII Section I of the By-laws adopted January 8, 2016 by a representative of a Private Organization.
D. Discussion and possible action to elect a Representative of a Private Organization in accordance with Article VI, Section 4 of the By-Laws adopted on January 8, 2016.
E. Discussion and possible action to adopt the district map of Hidalgo County thus designating District One, District Two and District Three.
F. Discussion and possible action regarding adoption of a "Plurality Win" policy for elections to the Community Action Advisory Board Election for Low Income Representative.
G. Discussion and possible action regarding adoption of a candidate "write-in" policy for elections to the Community Action Advisory Board Election for Low Income Representative
H. Discussion and possible action to set March 19, 2016 as election date for all three (3) Low Income Representative. All serving one, two and three year terms respectively as determined the candidates.
I. Acknowledgement of Commissioners Court Action to accept PY 2016 Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program Contract #: 58160002338 with term beginning January 1, 2016 – December 31, 2016.
J. Acknowledgement of the filing of a request to extend PY 2015 Community Service Block Grant Contract #: 61150002185 to March 31, 2016.
