NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A. Roll Call and Establish Quorum
B. Approval of Board Minutes January 29, 2016
C. Discussion and possible action regarding the selection of board member Armando Dominguez as designee of elected official for the municipality of Mercedes.
D. Discussion and possible action to the selection of polling sites for the March 19, 2016 election for Representative of the Poor.
E. Discussion and possible action to adopt the district map of Hidalgo County thus designating District One, District Two and District Three for purposes of Low Income Representatives to the Community Advisory Board.
