NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
I. Roll Call and Establish Quorum
II. Approval of Board Minutes February 12, 2016
III. Discussion and possible action regarding a Memorandum of Understanding with the Texas Health and Human Service Commission regarding participation with the Community Partnership Program.
IV. Discussion and possible action to accept a $60,000 contribution by the Direct Energy Companies for participation in the 2016 Neighbor to Neighbor Program.
V. Presentation by the Hidalgo County District Attorney's Office regarding HB 23 and HB 1295
VI. Acknowledgement and receipt of Hidalgo County Community Advisory Board By-laws and Election document by members of the Advisory Board.
VII. Discussion and possible action to draw for terms of service for each of the Low Income Representatives to the Advisory Board
