NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
I. Roll Call and Establish Quorum
II. Approval of Board Minutes April 1, 2016
III. Discussion and possible action ratify acceptance of FY2016 CSBG Contract Amendment #1.
IV. Discussion and possible action ratify acceptance of FY2015 CEAP Contract
Amendment #4.
V. Discussion and possible action to ratify 2015 CSBG Program budget amendment in order to utilize all available resources for direct client services.
VI. Discussion and possible action to ratify 2015 CEAP program budget amendment in order to utilize all available resources for direct client services
VII. Discussion and possible action to recommend acceptance of Texas Veterans' Commission Series 16B grant in the amount of $300,000
