NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Acceptance of $5,000.00 check from HCID#1, for Pristman excavator salvaged property for parts.

A. Request approval to accept check from Texas Association of Counties in the amount of $11,502.19 for contributions in excess of the required one year reserve.
B. Discussion and action as it relates to the International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC) Levees and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM).
C. Approval of Budget Amendment to transfer $523,262.63 from the District's General Fund to the Capital Projects to budget for Basic and Special Preliminary Engineering Services for the East Lateral Drain.
D. Approval of Budget Amendment to Transfer from the District's General Fund to the Debt Service Fund to properly classify payments for Capital leases for Heavy Equipment entered into by the District .
