NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
I. Roll Call -Establish Quorum
II. Approval of Board Minutes (August 26, 2016, October 5, 2016)
III. Discussion regarding the development of the CEAP 2017 Service Delivery Plan with possible action to form a committee of the board to assist in its development
IV. Discussion and possible action to recommend approval of amendment to PY 2016 CSBG Budget and request extension to contract term.
V. Discussion and possible action to recommend implementation of 2016 Fiscal Procedures Manual as recommended by staff
