NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
I. Roll call and establish quorum
II. Approval of Board Minutes for meeting of December 9, 2016
III. Discussion and possible action to recommend approval of:
A. PY 2017 CSBG Contract #61170002636
IV. Discussion and possible action to accept a check in the amount of $2,400 from Texas Gas Service for the Share the Warmth Program
V. Discussion and possible action to recommend participation in Free Equipment Program offered by Texas Gas Service
A. Recommend approval of agreement with Texas Gas Service regarding the Free Equipment Program
VI. Report and discussion regarding anonymous letter received by Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and the State's response
VII. Report and discussion regarding 2015 Single Audit Desk Review and letter of response to TDHCA with ratification of reimbursement of "Funds due to Grantor" in the amount of $10,154.54 as identified in the Single Audit.
VIII. Discussion and possible action to call election and set polling sites for March 18, 2017 for District II Representative of Low Income Individuals
