NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

- Roll Call and Establish Quorum
- Approval of Board Minutes January 27, 2017
- Discussion, consideration and possible action to ratify Commissioners Court action of February 21, 2017 acceptance of CEAP Contract # 58170002587 in the amount of $4,013,662.00 for Program Year 2017.
- Report regarding 2017 CAB Election slated for March 18, 2017.
- Report, discussion, and update regarding Fiscal Year 2015 Single Audit Desk Review Response for and to Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
- Report of employment of RSVP Program Director.
