NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
I.Roll Call and Establish Quorum
II.Approval of Board Minutes February 24, 2017
III.Discussion and authorization to form an ad hoc committee regarding the 2017 Risk Assessment.
IV.Discussion, consideration, and possible action to recommend approval of the 2017 Direct Energy Neighbor to Neighbor Program agreement.
V.Discussion, consideration, and possible action to recommend approval of the 2017 Reliant Energy Retail Services, LLC CARE Program ("CARE") agreement.
VI.Discussion and possible action to accept results of the March 18, 2017 elections for Low Income Representative for District Two.
VII.Discussion, consideration, possible action to form an ad hoc committee to discuss ideas regarding replenishment of local funds.
VIII.Report regarding the 2018 Presidential Budget and its potential effects on CSBG, CEAP, and RSVP.
