NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Discussion and action as it relates to the International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC) Levees and Federal Emergency Management  Agency (FEMA) Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM).

A.) Requesting approval to accept proposal and award contract to lowest bidder meeting all specifications for RFB: 07-005-05-23 " North San Juan Drainage Channel Crossing Improvements Project-Alberta Road"

B.) Requesting approval of Budget Amendment to transfer $135,982.94 from District's General Fund to the District's Capital Fund for the construction of "North San Juan Drainage Channel Crossing Improvements Project-Alberta Road".

C.) Requesting approval of Budget Amendment to transfer $89,591.95 from District's General Fund to the District's Capital Fund for the construction of "North San Juan Drainage Channel Crossing Improvements Project-Minnesota Road".

D.) Request approval for Payment Request Application # 1 for "North San Juan Drainage Channel Crossing Improvements Project-Minnesota Road" to Summit Contracting in the amount of $140,399.22.

E.) Request acceptance and approval of Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 GASB-34 final Infrastructure Assessment Study Report from Integ Corporation with a reporting period through December 31, 2006 in accordance with GASB-34 criteria requirements.
