NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
I. Roll call and establish quorum
II. Presentation and possible approval of Board Minutes for meeting of June 30, 2017.
III. Discussion and possible action for the selection of a Public Official Representative
IV. Discussion regarding possible election/selection of CAB Officers
V. Discussion and possible action regarding replenishment of Hidalgo County CSA Local Fund.
VI. Acknowledgement of Commissioners Court action to accept short-term loan to CSA, to be repaid from the Texas Veterans Commission Grant reimbursement.
VII. Acknowledgement of Commissioners Court action to accept amendment No. 2 for PY 2017 CEAP Contract #58170002587
VIII. Acknowledgement of Commissioners Court action to accept amendment No. 2 for PY 2017 CSBG Contract #61170002636
IX. Discussion, consideration and possible action to amend CEAP distribution model.
