NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
I. Roll call and establish quorum
II. Presentation and possible approval of Board Minutes for meeting of September 16, 2017
III. Recommend to ratify action of Commissioners Court on November 21, 2017 for CEAP Amendment to budget.
IV. Recommend to ratify action of Commissioners Court on October 31, 2017 for CSBG 90 day extension.
V. Recommend to ratify actions of Commissioners Court on November 7, 2017 for 2018 CEAP Service Delivery Plan.
VI. Recommend to ratify actions of Commissioners Court on September 26, 2017 and November 21, 2017 for surplus equipment.
VII. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to recommend reimbursement request for expenses incurred in assisting Galveston Community Action.
