NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
I. Roll call and establish quorum
II. Presentation and possible approval of Board Minutes for meeting of November 30, 2017
III. Recommend to ratify action of Commissioners Court on December 12, 2017 for Community Service Block Grant (CSBG), contract No. 61170002636, amendment to budget.
IV. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to apply for Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Discretionary Fund.
V. Executive Director's Report
A. Presentation of CSA's participation in Galveston for hurricane Harvey disaster relief assistance.
B. Recognition of Advisory Board Members and supporting personnel.
