NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Hidalgo County Regional Foreign Trade Zone Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

1) Roll Call

2) Pledge of Allegiance

3) Prayer

4) Public Comments

5) Discussion and possible action regarding the election of officers.

6) Discussion and possible action on the selection of a fiscal agent.

7) Approval of the Certificate of Formation for the Hidalgo County Regional Trade Zone.

8) Approval of the Bylaws of the Hidalgo County Regional Trade Zone

9) Discussion, consideration, and authorization for Chairman to sign any and all related documents in
relation to the creation or acceptance of the Hidalgo County Regional Trade Zone.

10) Discussion of annual membership fees.

11) Discussion and consideration of next meeting date
