NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor,  Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

CONSENT AGENDA

The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Drainage District #1 Board has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Board Member, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.

Approval of check register and payment of claims and bills - County Treasurer

Requesting authority to exercise the Sixty (60) Day grace period extension as provided in the current agreement for "Sand and Bedding Material" (C# C-HCDD1-16-021-05-25), under the same rates, terms and conditions with Upper Valley Materials, LLC. effective 05/24/18 and expires 07/23/18 or upon completion of the procurement process, whichever comes first and is most advantageous to HCDD1, subject to compliance with HB1295 [when and/or if applicable].

Ratification of the fully executed Change Order No. 3, reflecting an increase of 43 calendar days in connection with contract No. C-HCDD1-17-026-06-27 with Texas Cordia Construction, LLC for - Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 "Pct. 1 -Lucero del Norte Subdivision Rural Drainage Development"  as recommended and approved by HCDD1 General Manager,  Mr. Raul E. Sesin, P.E., C.F.M., subject to compliance with HB1295 if and when applicable.
