NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Commissioners Court will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Commissioners Court has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Commissioner, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.
Approval of 2018 interdepartmental transfer from Co. Wide Adm.-Contingency (progm. 002) to Pct. 2 CRC Youth Facility (progm. 144) in the amount of $7,020.00 to fund various operating expenses.
Approval of interdepartmental transfer from Pct.4 Mechanic Shop (program 193) to Pct.4 C. Chvz (program 201) in the amount of $76,779.02.
Approval of 2018 interdepartmental transfer from various departments to Co. Treasurer in the total amount of $18,950.00 for bank fees.
Approval of 2018 interdepartmental transfer from program 013 (DA CIVIL LITIGATION) to program 002 (CRIM DA) in the amount of $14,031.00.

2. Approval of wire transfer to cover claims paid.
A. FOR ANY CONTRACTS(S) AWARDED AND APPROVED UNDER THIS AGENDA, EXECUTED COPIES OF THE CONTRACT(S) WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE COUNTY INTRA-NET WEBSITE AND WILL BE FORWARDED VIA E-MAIL, FAX OR HAND DELIVERED TO HIDALGO COUNTY AUDITOR'S OFFICE.
B. ANY AND ALL REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT(S) APPROVED WILL BE SUBJECT TO COUNTY AUDITORS PROCESSING PROCEDURES INCLUDING AUTHORITY FOR COUNTY TREASURER TO ISSUE PAYMENT(S)/CHECK(S).
1. C-17-004-08-22 Arguindegui Oil Co. II, Ltd - County Wide "Bulk Gasoline On-Off Highway Diesel Fuel & Other"-First (1st year) of two (2) one (1) year options possible effective June 30, 2018 through June 29, 2018;
2. E-17-167-05-16 Enterprise Holding, Inc. County Wide "Lease/Rental of Vehicles"- for the Sixty (60) Days Grace period from May 23, 2018 through July 22, 2018 subject to compliance with Form 1295 while procurement process is completed.
2. Requesting authority to exercise the Sixty (60) day grace period extension as provided in the current agreement: E-17-172-05-30, for the purpose of Pest Control Services for Hidalgo County, under the same rates, terms and conditions with Kill-A-Bug Pest Control, effective July 13, 2018 through Sept. 10, 2018 or upon completion of the procurement process, whichever comes first and is most advantageous to Hidalgo County so as to have no lapse in service.
